1.How to order?
1). Firstly, you send inquiry, kindly tell us your requirements, such as model, quality. We also accept OEM or ODM such as brand, flavors, oil capacity ect, kindly send us your design requirements. Our engineers will assist you provide you with full assistance throughout the process.
2). After deal with the goods details, sales representative will send you Proforma Invoice based on your order information.
3). Then kindly check the PI when you received.
4). Make payment when you confirmed the information on PI are all right.
5). Goods will be send to freight forwarder after 7 days production.
6). The cost-effective freight forwarder will deliver the goods to your address in the shortest possible time.
7). Check if your package is intact. If there is any damage, contact the sales representative to obtain a satisfactory solution.

2.Can I place a sample order?
Yes, sample order is welcomed for checking product functionality and quality. It’s free from MOQ requirement.

3.When can I get the price?

4.Is shipping for free?
Our quotations are exw prices, the shipment fee needs to be paid by buyers, and it is determined by weight and mode of transport. We have a cost-effective freight forwarder that can offer the service of double clearance and tax payment.

5.What is the payment methods are available?
We accept T/T (bank transfer),Western Union, Alibaba ,etc.

100% payment for little value bill; 30% deposit and 70% before shipping for big value bill.

6.Which shipping methods are available?
DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc.

7.How about the lead time and delivery time of my order?
Lead time is usually 3-14 days depending on the order size and variety. Delivery time depends on the address and whether it is a direct flight or a transfer. Generally, it takes 7-12 days.

8.What is the warranty of your product?
6 months  warranty from sending out your goods and the accessories. All the products are strictly checked before packing. If there is any defect for our quality problem, Please contact us as soon as possible to solve the problem for you.

Return policy details

• Buyers can return items for a refund within 7 days from the day the items are received, if there is no quality issue with the items, the buyer is to afford the return shipping cost. The items must be returned in the same exact condition as once it was delivered.

• Buyers may return the items for a refund if they are not as described or with quality issues within 7 days from the day the items were received. The return shipping cost needs to be determined based on the condition of the received items.

1. Immediately cap the top cover well once filling finished to avoid leaking
2. After charging, please allow it to sett for a while. This will provide you with a better vaping experience.
